South Korean Flag
Becoming a successful singer in South Korea is a demanding task. Aside from the normal caliber of dance and musical ability required to become famous in any country, most Korean talent agencies require years of training before they will even suggest signing you to a record deal. For those with superior skills and years of determination, this system will reward those people with truly remarkable talent.
Instructions
1. Learn to speak Korean fluently. Non-Korean speakers need not apply. You will have a difficult time getting past the home page of most talent agencies if you do not speak Korean.
2. Move to Korea. While some talent agencies do scouting in other countries, such as China, Japan and the United States, very few people are ever chosen from outside South Korea.
3. Take private voice and/or dance lessons to ensure you are able to perform as well as the most elite entertainers.
4. Go to S.M. Entertainment's website or that of another talent agency of your choice and sign up for an audition near you. S.M. Entertainment is one of the premier talent agencies in Korea. It is responsible for the H.O.T. and Super Junior sensations of recent years.
5. Join the talent agency's voice, acting or stage academy to ensure you are getting the highest-quality training available and to put you into contact with that agency's talent scouts on a regular basis.
