For this gift, all that is needed is a box -- size is variant on your preference -- and some glue. Cut out the lace to the pattern of the box, then glue the lace on to the box. The box can act as a gift in itself or as a package for your gift.
Potpourri Clothes Hanger
The idea of the gift is to make a scented hanger. You will need a wooden clothes hanger, glue, potpourri and the lace. Cut the lace slightly larger than the hanger and place the hanger in the center. Start to glue the seams of the lace around the hanger but before finishing, add the potpourri inside. Allow the glue to dry.
